1. Who we are and how these terms apply
obliterate.gg ("obliterate.gg", "we", "us") is an online software business operated from Queensland, Australia. These Terms govern your use of obliterate.gg, your account, our downloadable game-automation software (the "Software"), updates, documentation, and support.
By creating an account, purchasing access, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are below the age at which you can enter this agreement independently where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
2. What you receive
Each purchase grants one user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the selected product for 30 consecutive days. The product page identifies the supported game or server, included features, supported platforms, system requirements, price, and currency.
- Access is normally activated automatically after Stripe confirms payment.
- The licence applies only to the product selected at checkout.
- Updates released for that product during the access period are included.
- There is no automatic renewal. A later purchase adds another 30 days, including to remaining active time.
- No ownership in the Software or its source code is transferred to you.
3. Digital delivery
You request immediate digital delivery when you purchase. Access is supplied through your dashboard after payment. Where a law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content, you expressly request performance to begin immediately and acknowledge that this may end that right once supply begins. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
4. Game rules and third-party services
The Software automates on-screen gameplay and simulated input. Use may breach a game publisher's, platform's, or community server's rules and may result in warnings, account suspension, bans, lost progress, or other action. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those rules and for deciding whether to use the Software.
Unless expressly stated, obliterate.gg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox, FiveM, Cfx.re, any game publisher, or any community server named on the site. Third-party names and marks identify compatibility only. We do not promise that use is undetectable, risk-free, permanently compatible, or permitted by a third party.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- share, resell, sublicense, rent, publish, or commercially distribute the Software or your account;
- circumvent licensing, access controls, security, or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, decompile, extract, modify, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the Software for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or interference with our systems;
- upload malicious material or infringe another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights; or
- use the service if you are a sanctioned person or in a transaction or territory that Australian law, Stripe, a card network, or another applicable authority prohibits.
6. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. We may use device, network, payment, and licence signals to prevent account sharing, abuse, and fraud. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Stripe processes payments; we do not receive your full card number. Your card issuer may apply conversion or international transaction fees. You authorise the stated one-time charge only. Taxes will be handled as shown at checkout or as required by law.
8. Refunds and problems
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. We do not voluntarily refund a purchase because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, bought the wrong product, did not use it, or your game account was restricted. We will assess claims that the Software is faulty, materially different from its description, or was not supplied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer guarantee, remedy, or mandatory right that cannot legally be excluded. Remedies depend on the nature and seriousness of the problem and may include a fix, replacement access, partial refund, or refund as required by law.
9. Updates, availability, and changes
Games and community servers change without our control. We may update or temporarily suspend builds to restore compatibility, security, or performance. We will use reasonable care in providing paid access and support, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we cannot supply a paid product or fix a qualifying problem within a reasonable time, the Refund Policy applies.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, shared or resold access, attacked or tampered with the service, committed fraud, or created legal or sanctions risk. Confirmed attempts to attack, tamper with, or bypass the Software or its licensing may result in both account termination and device-level blocking using the associated hashed hardware identifier. We will not provide a voluntary refund for termination or device blocking caused by your breach, but this does not affect a remedy required by law.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided without promises beyond the product description and these Terms. We are not responsible for third-party game or server decisions, account penalties, changes to third-party software, internet outages, or loss caused by your misuse or failure to follow documented requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost game progress, lost virtual items, lost revenue, or lost opportunity. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or applicable consumer guarantees.
12. International use, sanctions, and export controls
You may use the site only where doing so is lawful. We may refuse or cancel a transaction when required by sanctions, export controls, Stripe or card-network rules, or our payment providers. You represent that you are not a sanctioned person and are not purchasing on behalf of one. No contract requires us to supply a prohibited transaction.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections or a forum right that the law of your country does not allow you to waive.
Before starting a payment dispute or legal claim, please contact us with your username, Stripe receipt, affected product, and a description of the issue so we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate. This does not restrict any right to contact your bank, regulator, or consumer-protection body.
14. General
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively; material changes will be posted with a new date and will not retroactively remove accrued rights. You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it as part of a genuine business reorganisation or sale, subject to applicable law.
