1. What you buy
Each purchase is a one-time payment for 30 days of access to one named downloadable macro. Access normally starts immediately after Stripe confirms payment. Purchases do not renew automatically.
2. When we do not voluntarily refund
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, we do not refund because:
- you changed your mind, no longer want or need the product, or did not use it;
- you selected the wrong game, server, account, or product;
- you did not check the published operating-system, resolution, setup, or other requirements;
- your device or network does not meet the disclosed requirements;
- a game publisher or community server warns, suspends, or bans you;
- you misused, modified, shared, resold, or attempted to bypass licensing for the Software; or
- you found another product or price you prefer.
3. Faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered access
If the affected macro does not work on a supported setup, is materially different from its product description, or access was not delivered after successful payment, contact us. We may ask for your username, Stripe receipt, product name, system details, screenshots or a short recording, and reasonable diagnostic steps.
For a minor problem, we will normally first provide troubleshooting, an update, a fix, or replacement access within a reasonable time. For a major problem, a problem we cannot fix within a reasonable time, or another circumstance where applicable law gives you the choice, we will provide the remedy you are legally entitled to. For a service partly supplied as promised, a lawful refund may be proportionate to the affected portion.
4. Third-party changes
Games and servers may update during your access period. We will use reasonable efforts to restore compatibility where the product no longer performs as described. A third-party change does not automatically create or remove a refund right; the remedy depends on whether we can continue supplying the paid product within a reasonable time and on applicable law.
5. How to request a remedy
- Email [email protected] or open a support ticket.
- Include your username, Stripe receipt or payment date, affected product, and what is not working.
- Allow us a reasonable opportunity to reproduce and assess the issue. We may deny a claim where evidence shows the product works as described and the issue was caused by unsupported requirements or misuse.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Stripe and your financial institution control when the credit appears; this commonly takes several business days.
6. Chargebacks and duplicate refunds
Please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. You remain free to contact your bank or card issuer. We will provide accurate transaction, delivery, and acceptance records when responding to a payment dispute, and we will not issue a duplicate refund for an amount already reversed.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. It is not a blanket “no refunds” policy. If these terms conflict with a non-waivable consumer right, that right prevails.
